Receipts: Every closed Terminal event, checked in public at 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days.
API and MCP: The same record as a JSON API and an MCP server. No key.

Rules: A number as first published is final. A source's revision shows beside it, never over it. A late feed says it is late.
