Who we read
| Provider | What Tickerz reads | Why it may be published |
|---|---|---|
| Helius | Solana, first: $MINTS, launched Solana tickers, the Solana record | Use is "limited to Customer's business purposes, including integration of the Services into Customer's own products and services" (sec 3.1); the chain "is not a part of the Services" (sec 9.1). Terms |
| dRPC | Base, first: $GIGS and $WAGE blocks and sampled receipts; a fallback for launched EVM tickers | A licence "to access and use the Services" (1.1), for an entity (1.3). Its restrictions cover dRPC's website and software, not chain data read through it. Terms |
| Alchemy | Every network: launched EVM tickers first; Solana and Base after the two above; Terminal prices | Prices are model inputs and are never passed on as a feed (Alchemy terms v2.0, 2.2(v)). Tickerz publishes the counts it computes from chain data, not Alchemy's answers. Terms |
| Public nodes | mainnet.base.org (Base logs for $GIGS and $WAGE), Solana's public RPC and OP Mainnet's (fallbacks; Farcaster counts) | Free, rate limited, terms unclear on commercial use. Never one of the two reads that must agree before a chain count is signed. Terms |
| US Bureau of Labor Statistics | $JOBS, $UNEMP, $CPI, $CORECPI: the public API and the flat files | US government work, public domain. Signed only when the API and the flat file both equal the number as first published. Terms |
| US Department of Labor | $LAYOFFS: the ETA 539 weekly claims file | US government work, public domain. Terms |
| Bluesky Jetstream | Bluesky records created, for launched tickers | Open source (MIT and Apache 2.0), no key. Counts records created; deletes are not subtracted. Terms |
Notes
- Attribution
Crypto and stock prices by Alchemy. Readings from before Oct 6 2026 came from CoinGecko (crypto) and Alpaca (stocks) and keep that credit. Each index page names its source, its terms and any notice the source asks for. Tickerz is not affiliated with any of them.
- Storage
Snapshots live in Tickerz's own database. Receipts resolve from that stored history, never a fresh fetch. Methodology
- Late feeds
- The Terminal says the feed is late and marks a stopped row STALE.
- Open dataset
Closed events as CSV or JSON, one row per event: /api/receipts/dataset. Cite as Tickerz Activity score. Free for personal and non-commercial use with attribution (Terms, section 04).
